Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Inner Grandma partners with various shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We will make every effort to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.

Our customer service team typically responds within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends).

Upon request, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes depending on carrier availability.

Insurance and Protection

We advise all customers to insure packages with our Package Protection Insurance. If you choose not to do so, please assume all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of your products.  For more information, please refer to our Package Protection Policy.

International Orders

Inner Grandma does not currently offer international shipping. As a new and growing brand we hope to be able to expand our delivery zones in the near future. For now, we only ship domestically across the United states of America. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided details or in our Help Center: insert link
